The ‘Duomo’ was opened in July 2001 by Vincenzo Zangari, very fond of cooking. After two years spent in Australia working first as a waiter, later as a chef, Vincenzo decided to open a Restaurant pizzeria in Koh Samui.
His passion, dedication, and love for this job are the main values that Vincenzo wanted to communicate with his team. Chef Tim is in the Duomo kitchen since its day one; the restaurant’s staff has been working as a team for the last 15 years. Our manager Luca, chefs Tim and Gianna – with 18 and 25 years of experience -, the historical waitresses Vasana and Malee will be happy to welcome you with a smile!
